Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

So I know that this post may be a bit confusing because this is a taco account, right? Well to that I say that we do not discriminate. When I eat something delicious, I will share it with you all no matter what it is. That being said, today I am going to let you all in on a very delicious recipe with only 3 INGREDIENTS! I am not much of a baker, so when I decided that I was going to bake for my roommates, I was very nervous. I didn’t want them to hate my cookies and in turn hate me forever. Am I being dramatic? Sure, but what’s new. Anyways, the cookies actually turned out AMAZING and we finished off the whole plate in on sitting (do not judge us). So I decided to share the recipe with all of you, because if I could make these, then anyone can.

So all you need for these cookies is 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, and an egg. This made about 10 cookies for me, but I think that I made them a little bit big, so you probably could get a lot more out of it if you wanted to roll the dough smaller. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and leave the cookies in for 11-13 minutes. When you take them out, they will seem REALLY gooey, but that is just because there is no flour (yay! gluten free!). Let them sit for about 10 minutes, and they will have hardened enough to remove from the baking sheet. But, don’t worry, they will still be gooey and delicious in the middle!
